  • What is your availability? Are you available on my target date?
    Please call for booking date availability.
  • What does your package include and how much does it all cost (including additional fees)?
    Please see our pricing list. There are no hidden costs and our packages include all listed facilities and amenities.
  • Is there any wiggle room with the prices if I choose a date in the off-season or not on a Saturday night?
    Please check our listed rates for off season as well as weekday rates
  • What is your capacity?
    Our venue can seat 400 guests
  • What is the parking situation?
    Our venue has ample lighted parking to accommodate all your guests. Valet shuttle service is available at no extra charge.
  • Do you have an in-house caterer or can/must we bring in an outside caterer?
    We do not provide an in-house caterer, but we do have a preferred list which we will be glad to provide to you or you can hire your own.
  • Can I hold the ceremony here (if desired)?
    Our venue is designed to accommodate both your ceremony and reception
  • Who will be my main contact? Will that person be there on the day of my wedding?
    There will be a facility liason on the day of your wedding. This liason is only there to manage the facility itself. A day-of wedding coordinator is provided in your booking package to see that your wedding day goes off without any problems. They will be your primary source of contact.
  • Is there a list of approved vendors or can I use any vendors I wish?
    Yes, we have a list of approved vendors that we highly recommend. However, you may use any vendor you wish if they are approved in advance by us. This approval is primarily based on having the appropriate licensing as well as liability insurance.
  • What’s the rain plan?
    If your outside wedding plans are threatened by rain, our indoor facility can accommodate up to 300 guests.
  • Is there climate control?
    All our indoor facilities are climate controlled, with optional heaters available for outdoor patio functions.
  • What are the accommodations for disabled guests?
    All our facilities are ADA accessible and compliant
  • What are the restrooms like?
    Our restrooms are all double lavatory, multiple stall and ADA compliant
  • Are there any additional rules I should know about, such as noise policies or rules against certain types of décor?"
    Covered Bridge Venue wants to make sure every event here is a unique and special experience. We will make every effort to allow the client to prepare and install decorations reflecting their creative requirements. We ask that no staples and other penetrating items be used to secure decorations on our wood surfaces as this will damage the venue. Please see further information in the Decoration section of our contract. While music can continue until midnight, breakdown must be completed by that time as well.
  • How long will my vendors and I have access to the venue before and after the wedding for set up and break down?
    The venue is available for set up and breakdown from 10:00 am until 12:00 midnight on the day of your wedding.
  • Will there be other events going on at the same time of my wedding or on the same weekend?
    There will be NO other events scheduled on the day of your wedding. There will quite possibly be other weddings scheduled the day before or after your wedding.
  • What will the room set up look like? Where will guests sit and where will the dance floor be?

  • Can I read your contract?
    Our contract is available to read upon your tour of our venue.
  • What’s your cancellation policy?
    In the unlikely event the client should cancel this contract, all deposits are non-refundable except as described in the contract. In the event of a client cancellation, if Covered Bridge Venue can rebook a comparable event on the scheduled date, all deposits for venue rental will be refunded less a $1000 administrative fee as described in Fees and Deposits section. Additionally, any damage and excessive cleanup deposits will be refunded in full. Please see contract for further details
